SAVOIR SOCIAL HOUR is a time where we’ll aim to uncover the journey of the “Wild Woman.” This 3-part panel discussion will feature & uncover the secrets of our favorite “Wild Women.” Conversations will be led by food & travel expert and Founder of Salt & Wind, Aida Mollenkamp. She lives at the intersection of food and travel and everything Aida does is driven by passion and creativity. During this series, Aida will help each panelist discuss the literal and figurative journeys she embarked upon to harness the intuition that led her to become a “Wild Woman.”

Rachael Parker-Chavez: FOUNDER OF DEFINING: GOOD
Rachael Parker-Chavez is a Social Impact Strategist and the Founder of Defining: good, where she helps passionate people generate positive impact through business. Rachael works with business owners to create purpose-filled brands, engaging initiatives and authentic nonprofit partnerships; both one-on-one and through digital tools and resources. Before launching DG, she spent six years in Corporate Social Responsibility; developing strategic collaborations and projects to strengthen business while improving the world. Rachael is a lover of humans, aspiring optimist, foster youth advocate and relentless coffee drinker who lives in LA with her husband and three furry kids.
Gabby Almon: FOUNDER OF BRAIND & BULLISH /RISE OF THE BULLS
Gabriele serves as an advisor to Fortune 500 companies, domestic and international government agencies, and numerous humanitarian organizations through her company, Brain & Bullish. In 2017, Gabriele launched a grass-roots movement, called Rise of the Bulls, which mobilizes organizations and creative communities to work together in solving our world's greatest challenges.
Ariana Delawari: AFGHAN AMERICAN FILMMAKER & ACTIVIST
Ariana Delawari is an Afghan American filmmaker, musician, and activist. Ariana graduated with a B.A. in film production from USC School of Cinematic Arts. Her award-winning feature-length directorial debut We Came Home, was just released for pre-sales on iTunes by TIME, Inc. The film is a culmination of her documentation of Afghanistan since 9/11, her family story, and the making of her album Lion of Panjshir. Lion of Panjshir was recorded in both Kabul and Los Angeles. Delawari collaborated with a few American bandmates and three Afghan elder master musicians. The album was partially produced and mixed by filmmaker David Lynch. Lynch released the critically acclaimed album on his record label. We Came Home film won the grand jury prize at Sao Paulo International Film Festival, the jury prize at Mexico International Film Festival, the Jury Award at Rajasthan International Film Festival, the Echoes of Earth Award at Flickers : Rhode Island International Film Festival, and screened at many festivals around the world including AFI FEST, AFI DOCS, Al Jazeera Documentary Film Festival, The United Nations Film Festival, and The International Film Festival of India.
Renee Dua: FOUNDER & CMO OF HEAL
After an agonizing experience taking her infant son to the ER and waiting hours to see a
doctor, Renee Dua decided to form Heal to reduce the amount of waiting time to see a doctor, especially during evenings and weekends when doctor availability is extremely limited. She wanted to offer an affordable means for people of all ages who may have difficulties going to the doctor’s office or may not have insurance so that they could receive ongoing medical care. She has amassed a team of world class doctors to deliver patients’ access to care.

Sexy Beast has raised over $1 million for Planned Parenthood Los Angeles, through watershed gala fundraisers in 2014 and 2016, an exclusive T-shirt collaboration with Jenny Holzer and Virgil Abloh, and brand-partnered events with 3.1 Phillip Lim, FORM Festival and Society6. Alongside the artists, designers, celebrities, gallerists, music industry execs, activists and philanthropists that comprise the Host Committee, we are using our platform to engage a new audience in Planned Parenthood’s work and make philanthropy, well, sexy!
